Meet the Team
At Glebe Kids our staff are very experienced and have several years at the nursery between them. They all have children and are responsible and caring people as well as being highly qualified to at least NVQ Level 3.
We ensure that each member of our staff is specifically selected for their particular strengths, experience, qualifications and training. Above all they are open to our methods and new approaches. We have a thorough interview and vetting procedure followed by a four week trial period before taking on a new member. This way we can be sure of getting the right person.
Even after they join, we are continually evolving and training our staff, adding to their skills and our equipment to ensure the children's best interests are continuously being met. All our staff are permanent and full time so your child can look forward to the same teachers (and friends!) every day.
